Sublimation is a dye-print technique that allows for all-over prints, with unlimited colors on a lightweight Polyester fabric. The sublimation dye is printed onto a special transfer paper using specialty ink. The artwork is then transferred to the garment using heat and pressure. These inks turn into gas under the influence of heat and combine with a 100% polyester medium. Since the ink becomes part of the structure of the material, the images on the fabric don’t fade or crack, even after multiple washings.
